At Al Bash Restaurant, every meal tells a story—a story that begins with our founder, Abu Qasim, whose love for the flavors of his homeland inspired him to create a place where Greek and Middle Eastern traditions could flourish side by side. Abu Qasim envisioned a restaurant where people could enjoy food as it’s meant to be enjoyed: fresh, nourishing, and full of flavor.

At Al Bash, our SMOKED LAMB SHOULDER are more than just a dish—they’re a cherished memory from Abu Qasim’s childhood. Inspired by gatherings where meats were marinated with spices and a touch of golden honey, Abu Qasim wanted to share this flavor with every guest.
The honey caramelizes as it cooks, creating a perfect balance of sweet and savory, capturing the warmth of Middle Eastern tradition in every bite. Each plate is a tribute to Abu Qasim’s heritage, crafted with love and a taste of home.
